Our property is situated in the scenic palm-fringed village of Fatrade (Varca, South Goa). It is very close to the Caravela Beach Resort (previously known as Ramada Hotel) and is just a few minutes walk from Fatrade/Varca beach.

Our beaches are tranquil and clean, where one can enjoy the sun and relax on the pure white sand or swim in the inviting azure waters of the Arabian Sea. There are many water sports activities available for those seeking a little more adventure. During the peak season (November - April), beach shacks are open daily where you can order cold or hot beverages and indulge in local Goan dishes, Indian or Chinese cuisine.
